Original Riverside Musicals

A mystical train, an international spy, pirates, mad King Ludwig, a Gypsy jazz player have all served as inspiration to Riverside Founder and Creative Director Peter Searby.  He has written ten original musicals thus far, a few of which are close to being ready for licensing.

The Lost Boy

The prince of boyhood, Peter Pan. Tinker Bell, Captain Hook, and Smee also are back, but the Darling is Wendy’s granddaughter, Angela, who inhabits the famous London bedroom during the dark times of the Blitz.

I Am Jimmy Wremble

Jimmy Wremble is a humble insurance agent turned spy who thinks he is like Ethan Hunt or James Bond, but really is more like Inspector Gadget. The villainous organization S.U.S.P.I.C.I.O.U.S., under the leadership of the Evil Genius Kazarion, is trying to find all of the pieces of Alexander the Great's scepter. This artifact is said to bring immortality and, thus, ultimate power.

The Legend of Coyote Cal

The Buffalo Bill Wild West show needs a new act. With the departure of Sitting Bull, and the problem of Bill Cody's deteriorating health, Buffalo Bill turns to an old friend—the greatest and most mysterious legend of the west: Coyote Cal.

Over the Hills and Far Away

They called him a lunatic. They criticized his fairytale castles as a tremendous waste of government funds. They proclaimed him insane for seeing things others could not see. King Ludwig II of Bavaria kept a secret - one that gave him the enchanting power to bring forth beauty in this world; for he had a memory of another realm. And it was this memory that made him dangerous.
